Autograph Policy

Autographs will not be allowed at the 2021 tournament.

Mobile Device Policy

Devices must be on silent at all times; flash may not be used.

Devices may be used to capture video, audio and photos (content) in all areas throughout tournament week.

Content may be used for personal purposes (e.g., personal social media); no commercial use.

No live streaming or real-time coverage (e.g., no shot-by-shot coverage).

Data use (e.g., texting) is permitted in all areas throughout tournament week.

Phone calls are allowed only in designated areas.

Please be respectful of play and do not interfere with players, caddies or media.

All posted signage and instructions from tournament staff must be observed.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in the revocation of your ticket.

Prohibited Items

Click here for up-to-date information and a list of prohibited items. Items not allowed on the course may be checked at Customer Service located next to the Clubhouse. Chairs left overnight will be removed by course maintenance.

Camera Policy

Cameras are allowed on site only for the Pro-Ams and practice rounds (Monday–Wednesday) and are not permitted on the grounds during Tournament play (Thursday–Sunday).

Junior Admission Policy

Children ages 15 and under are admitted free with a ticketed adult. All children must have a youth ticket to access tournament grounds. Up to four youth tickets can be reserved with each adult ticket purchased. Children receive complimentary grounds access only and must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Juniors 15 and under can attend the RBC Heritage for FREE when accompanied by a ticketed adult.
