HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC – Wesley Bryan, KJ Choi, Chris Kirk, Marc Leishman and Ian Poulter are the latest professionals to commit to the 49th annual RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing.  South Carolina’s only PGA TOUR event is being held April 10-16, 2017 over the famed Harbour Town Golf Links on Hilton Head Island, S.C.

Previous commitments include past champions Stewart Cink, Jim Furyk, Branden Grace, Matt Kuchar, Graeme McDowell, Brandt Snedeker and Boo Weekley. Fan favorites including Luke Donald, Jason Dufner, Ernie Els and Webb Simpson are also scheduled to compete for a share of the $6.5 million purse.

Bryan was born in Columbia, South Carolina in 1990. The University of South Carolina graduate has already earned three top-ten finishes on the PGA TOUR this season. He also has three WEB.com victories. He and his brother George IV are co-founders of Bryan Bros Golf and create trick-shot videos that have received widespread internet recognition and attention on other media outlets. He will be making his first start at the RBC Heritage.

Choi has won eight times on the PGA TOUR.  The South Korean native also has earned nine International victories. He will be making his seventh start at Harbour Town Golf Links. 

Kirk has earned four wins on the PGA TOUR. He has carded 3 top-ten finishes this season, including a second-place finish at the Sanderson Farms Championship. The University of Georgia graduate and Sea Island resident will be competing at Harbour Town for the seventh consecutive year.

Leishman has one PGA TOUR win and five International victories.  The Australian has played in every RBC Heritage since 2009.

Poulter has won twice on the PGA TOUR and he also has 13 International victories.  The Englishman has never missed a cut in his six starts at the RBC Heritage. He will be making his seventh appearance at Harbour Town.
