HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC –Harris English, Bill Horschel, Marc Leishman and Ian Poulter are the latest PGA TOUR stand outs to commit to the 50th annual RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing.  South Carolina’s annual PGA TOUR event is being held April 9-15, 2018 over the famed Harbour Town Golf Links on Hilton Head Island, S.C.  

They will join a field that already includes defending champion Wesley Bryan and Team RBC Ambassador and number one ranked player in the world Dustin Johnson. Team RBC Ambassadors and past champions Jim Furyk, Matt Kuchar, Graeme McDowell and Brandt Snedeker are also vying for a chance to win another Tartan jacket.  

English has earned two victories on the PGA TOUR.  After graduating from the University of Georgia in 2011, the Valdosta, Georgia native moved to Sea Island.  He has carded two top ten finishes this season, and will be making his sixth start at Harbour Town.  

Horschel has carded three PGA TOUR victories.  The Florida native made history in 2014, executing one of the best closing stretches in PGA TOUR history. He won the FedExCup with an exciting rally that included a T2 at the Deutsche Bank Championship and victories at the BMW Championship and the TOUR Championship by Coca-Cola. The University of Florida graduate will be competing in his sixth RBC Heritage.  

Leishman has earned four top ten finishes this season.  The Australian earned two of his three PGA TOUR wins last season at the Arnold Palmer Invitational and the BMW Championship. He will be making his ninth RBC Heritage start.  

Poulter has won twice on the PGA TOUR and he also has 13 International victories.  The Englishman was on the leaderboard last weekend at the WGC – Dell Technologies Match Play where he finished tied for fifth. He has never missed the cut in his seven starts at Harbour Town.
