The Heritage Classic Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing respect the privacy of your information and provide the following explanation of how it treats the information it collects about you and about your use of the Heritage Classic Foundation’s Websites, RBCHeritage.com and HeritageClassicFoundation.com (the “Websites”), products and services (collectively, the “Services”). The Websites contain links to other websites that have their own separate terms and conditions and privacy policies. The terms and conditions and privacy policies of such websites govern your use of the services offered on those websites.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Like most websites, Heritage Classic Foundation and RBC Heritage collect non-personally identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Our purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how our visitors use the websites. From time to time, we may release non-personally identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of the websites.

Heritage Classic Foundation and RBC Heritage also collect potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. We do not use such information to identify our visitors and do not disclose such information, other than under the same circumstances that we use and disclose personally identifying information, as described below.

Certain actions on our websites do require us to collect personally identifying information. When you contact Heritage Classic Foundation or RBC Heritage through the Websites, we may collect and store certain personal information, including, but not limited to, your name, address, email address, ZIP code, phone number, occupation and personal interests.

Heritage Classic Foundation and RBC Heritage discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on our behalf, or to provide services requested by the customer, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Heritage Classic Foundation and RBC Heritage will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, we disclose potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only when required to do so by law, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Heritage Classic Foundation or RBC Heritage, third parties or the public at large. We take all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
